Sorry i got the link wrong and could not get back on to correct it but on the left side of annother link provided anither HC writer it made reference to ATLIS who appear to provide the same free service as Nearmap do in Canada but not with as good resolution. Ive got an annoying virus on my laptop so need to keep using my Iphone for commenting. Sorry for odd link.
