I couldn't agree more with your post.
It is the way he stated the facts which really bothers me.
I honestly don't have a one sided view, just hate stupid posts which IMHO are written purposely to convey false information. We are not at that stage.
Obviously I would expect NEA to pursue this as they need to protect themselves, but I also think WSR (Spookfish) wouldn't want to hand over unique technology for others to view (if they have it).
