Wellcom Group Limited (ASX:WLL) has signed a heads of agreement to purchase digital developer DreamWalk Pty Ltd effective from July this year.
The financial terms have not been disclosed. Wellcom is a technology based marketing production company with operations in Australia, the UK, Asia and New Zealand.
DreamWalk develops mobile and web applications with clients that include the Victorian State Government and Melbourne University.
In the first half of the 2012 financial year, Wellcom Group generated a net profit $5.3 million.
