This cash raising will be interesting as trading in WEC shares has been very light for a long time. The amount being raised is surprising to me at $22.9 million and I cant see why they need so much after saying loans from directors were made in lieu of the sales proceeds coming from Mountainside. Messrs Travis Duncan and Flannery are investing in the cash raising and some of that money being paid back to them from loans they made to WEC plus 10% interest. I reserve judgement.
