I think if that was teh reason, then it will be too late. We can only hope that management is considerate enough of us to make an allowance for current holders to apply. Tat would be nice, a chance for a discounted top-up.
Unfortunately my guess is same as yours, a SOPH has come with open wallett and it's a done-deal.
We will still gain from it, as it shows sophisticated demand, despite whatever the dilution; but a great management will allow an allocation for holders to buy at same levels.
Personally I have serious doubts about the timing. WIth SP expected to increase, holding off would ahve gotten us a better price for the Cap rasie, it's a weird decision IMO, disappointing.
