Here is my own thought. The fact that the raising announcement came suddenly, when we are not short of money, suggests that maybe a major entity unexpectedly came knocking on the door and wanting in before the price jumps to higher levels. In this case, the co should be a in strong bargaining position to set the price at or a bit higher than recent trading levels.

In fact I would suggest that shareholders contact the company urgently to let them know that another below-market raising at this stage would be extremely unfair to existing shareholders. (That will give people something to do besides sitting and waiting!)
