Many are assuming VRL will return to normalized profit levels, & it probably will, but how long will that take? There is an opportunity cost risk with this stock - the turn around time could take longer than expected & investors might get sick of the lack of traction & sell out to pursue opportunities elsewhere. Plus if the turnout doesn't take place sooner, the business still needs funding & if it cant fund itself, then it requires outside funding. Which we have seen recently with debt levels rising, requiring two waves of CR. Not to mention when business lose money the NTA & Equity P/S tends to fall.
