using trade sales and compco's:
cinema's - circa 430-450m
distribution - circa 150m
theme parks - circa 400-450m
library - potentially 100m.....lets say 50
listed investments - circa 40-50
other stuff - maybe 40-60m
at present - theme parks don't generate a decent rtn - need abt 50-75k pa inc in punters to be ok to reasonable ........
cinemas - best asset 9imho)
distribution - long term liscene to collect cash ......
library - ditto
other stuff - arguably, doesn't generate a rtn ......
even so - plenty of asset value (imho)
