    So how much in your opinion are the VRL assets worth per share? Seems like fundamentally the business is in structure decline. Don't reckon the Kirbys will be comfortable seeing this go down into the abyss à la Myer.

    Hoyts did sell to Wanda (china) for $900M. Is VRL worth as much or less? How about 100% premium to today's stock price $3.70? $720M market cap? Not a great scenario for some, but quick way out for others.
