I am quite appalled by the lack of innovation from the board. What worked for in the past is clearly not working now.

Raising $50M and selling assets for debt reduction won't grow the business. Any business that is not growing is dying.

The business is shrinking into oblivion:

    1. Theme parks - dead business, high cost to run

    2. Topgolf - has anyone even been to one? high cost to run

    3. Cinema Exibition - Hoyts is killing it here, plus increased competition from on-demand streaming at home

    4. Film Distribution - DVD sales is dead as can be

I am only inclined to invest my hard earned into cash accretive endeavours. Any ideas, any one?

    Perhaps they can explore:

    1. Exit DVD distribution, go into streaming

    2. Publish original on-line content

    3. Transform some of our cinemas into eSports Arena for gaming

    4. Hold binge-fest - eg. people can watch entire seasons of some TV shows on the big screen in 12-hour blocks

    5. Sale of entire business before it's too late
