One more thing, the theme parkes must be serviced regardless of how many people go. If a roller coaster has 100 seats, it needs to be serviced regardless of if it was full, or seated only one person. Same as an airplane - it requires the necessary capex carrying at capacity or half full.
If people are not going, these these theme parks turn into money pits.
