    Conversion of options would make liquidity even a bigger problem as the options are held by the founders who are still the biggest shareholders and haven't offloaded any shares. If they offload stock they would get slammed as profit taking and no confidence. If they don't, liquidity remains an issue. Liquidity will only improve if they use some stock to make acquisitions. One advantage of course is that with the founders holding such a large portion of stock, its easier for a big group to take out Valmec entirely at a premium. Even at 35c, its a cheap buy for a big group trying to crack into the gas game. Again I think the concern is that paying a dividend would return about 60% to the founders. Wouldn't be surprised to see a Dividend Reinvestment Plan being introduced.
