Domestic passenger numbers decreased by 0.3 per cent in Novembers and international passenger numbers fell by 1.6 per cent.
Revenue passenger kilometres increased across the board including domestic, international and Tigerair.
Available seat kilometres also lifted across the group.
Virgin Australia announced a net loss of $98.1 million in the 2013 financial year.
