Viculus Limited (ASX:VCL) has changed its name to Lanka Graphite and code to LGR as it wraps up the acquisition of Euro Petroleum.
Last week, the company moved to compulsorily acquire all remaining shares in Euro that it did not already own. It had an interest of 96.45% in Euro at that time.
Euro holds the contractual rights to acquire 70% of Lanka Graphite, through an issue of one Viculus share for every Euro share.
Lanka Graphite holds the graphite licences and has made another four exploration licence applications.
