    Unfortunately the AUD being dumped has also increased the dilution factor with the sale agreement, if VEC elect to issue MGI the cosiderations share thats like well over 300,000,000? now.
    Will MGI hold those shares or what, thats a lot of overhanging just there to churn through if they don't hold i spose..
