    • PRICES AUD$250 MILLION ISSUE OF UNSECURED NOTES
    • VIRGIN AUSTRALIA HOLDINGS - NET PROCEEDS OF PROPOSED NOTES WILL BE USED BY GROUP TO REFINANCE PART OF ITS US 144A BOND WHICH MATURES IN NOVEMBER 2019
