It seems to be holding above $0.19 which is significant, $0.18 is all time low if it closes below $0.18 it is heading single digits. But it could also be forming a double bottom which would mean we have seen its low for 2017 which would mean wait for it to confirm its upward move and my aim is to buy at $0.25 and sell at $0.4 to $0.45
