Both Chinese parties most certainly know already what the capital raising (if any in terms of new shares as they may have other options that will not affect the SP at all) will look like as it will be priced into what they are paying ($0.30 and $0.33) for their shares. The capital structure review outcome will hopefully positively surprise but I would like to think that all bad news should be priced in by now. Hopefully they will announce the outcome of that review shortly so that the uncertainty dissapears.
