Tabcorp's response to the ACCC Submission is very good, points out the only supposed victims of the TAH-TTS are competing commercial interests: Seven West Media and Racing Victoria. The ACT can't really IMHO fail to acknowledge the ACCC submission is very weak, the synergies for the merger strong and can hardly rule against TAH-TTS IMHO.
