I keep reading that the CR will target up to $1b and with VAH...

I keep reading that the CR will target up to $1b and with VAH already having a mc of $1b that would be a 50% dilution event?? that can't be right can it? and that would be on top of the dilution created by the HNA stake...

I can't believe any existing shareholder would be happy about a 50% dilution IF thats what happens...

The Chinese would gulp this up cheap - its a wander they don't just come out and takeover the whole show??
