The 20m added to the buy side at .001 is most likely to encourage buyers at .002 because the person wants to get out of the stock without losing 50 percent of his investment. This is a big reason why you keep away from stocks with low volume that have been stagnant for years unless you don't give a crap about the money you put in them and hope one day you might get lucky
Also I was a holder in the past in 2011 I think but not anymore but am watching it with possible of intentions to jump back in if volume increases dramatically.
