PGS did a similar thing.
Its great for management as they convert cash into a income stream, from which can pay their wages.
Whether there is enough upside in these tenements to warrant SHAREHOLDER excitement is often a secondary consideration.
After the Mako debacle, and then the de-merger of the North America assets, it seems like more of the same (has anyone actually heard anything about what's happening to their shares in TSV Canada. Of course not).
Seems to me another case of management interests coming before shareholders. Unfortunately, for those involved in TSV this seems to be part of a well established track record.
I was hoping things would be different with the new MD.
Would have preferred that we invest in WA gas, where several companies have good tenements and are crying out for cash. Also, as a small shareholder, we have some ability to track what's going on with our investments.
