Well if you look at the positives OEX has consistently delivered those extremely poor announcements that cause the share price to fall! However in all seriousness how could anyone seriously participate in the SPP without knowing the credibility of the data? Either we are going to get another announcement before in the next week or anyone participating in this offer will have to blindly trust RM view that everything is just going fine with Cambay. Although I agree drilling in India isn't easy you still have to give something to shareholders to look forward too... and there is not much when even the big oiler companies are getting punished by the market at the moment!
