So really given the current state of the US economy and talks of a potential recession, the tightening of credit, SAS's hopes and dreams are pinned on securing US debt funding. IMO this loan, if it gets approved, would have some very heavy security attached, probably the nano-satellites, customer contracts themselves, or the company's IP (which I'm not sure whether SAS has even registered any patents??? - would be good to know whether their IP is protected).
