Clogs it was last year the company itself was saying they had too much parent company debt with no ability to upstream cash. I agree debt is not always bad but the structure here is clearly flawed and getting caught with debt as commodity prices sink is pretty bad. I don't keep up to date with CCC much these days. Could be wrong but in my opinion there are many better investments with cash generative core businesses and strong balance sheets afters a prolonged sell off in the small cap resources.
