They need the "AZK Pump & Dump Outfit" to get some promotion going before they raise anything!
Maybe they need to "raise" their communication and spruiking skills before they raise funds or fund activity with shares.
That said, their geological skills are not in any way in question, it's just that they forgot to sell their endeavors with any fanfare.
My guess is that they (we) have two quarters up their (our) sleeves.
