I suppose with everything if you want to sell early then you have to take a lower price - this practice though is a bit like Macquarie bank offering reverse mortgages to pensioners ... As a share holder and not a MIS customer – I find the best run companies are able to look after both stakeholders, as both offer capital to run the business, especially the first MIS investors who took a lot of risk. That at least is taking the longer term view. I hope we are not seen to be ripping off the MIS holders.
