Ten Network Holdings Limited (ASX:TEN) has elected Lachlan Murdoch as non-executive chairman, with current chairman Brian Long becoming deputy chairman and lead independent director.
Ten’s chief executive officer James Warburton has also been appointed managing director.
A year ago, Ten appointed Lachlan Murdoch as interim chief executive after terminating Grant Blackley’s contract. Mr Murdoch joined the board in late 2010 when he became the company’s largest shareholder.
Ten Network reported a net profit of $17.6 million for the year to August 31.
