It is going to be difficult to get a substantially higher offer unless Chatchai is interested in engaging at some point. To date they have not.

Getting 12 cents will be very difficult as 50% of the shares are already spoken for (Risco and Chatchai), so premiums that you are seeking are not going to be readily available, IMHO.

Good luck with the work you are doing, but noise doesn't travel well in a vacuum.

I have a large holding in TAP and whilst I'm not 100% happy with the price, it is very unlikely that I will remain as a shareholder after this offer closes.
