Tabcorp Holdings Limited (ASX:TAH) has warned its full year earnings will be impacted after the Victorian government successfully appealed a gaming machine levy decision.The gaming company expects to take a $19 million earnings hit following the Supreme Court of Victoria’s judgement.The Court of Appeal has determined the levies on Tabcorp’s former gaming machine operations in Victoria will stand for fiscal 2013.Tabcorp says it is reviewing the reasons for judgement to determine whether to appeal the decision to the High Court of Australia.Tabcorp reported a net profit $74.6 million in the first half of the 2014 financial year.
