Tabcorp Holdings Limited (ASX:TAH) say they have partnered with a US based eSports and entertainment company to create a new global online eSports platform.
The deal with Unikrn will allow gaming fans to gather in an online arena and safely bet on multiplayer video game competitions from around the world.
Tabcorps Luxbet platform will allow the arena to target 10 million gamers in over 100 countries worldwide. Punters will be able to bet on gaming tournaments such as League of Legends and Dota2 and Counter-Strike.
Tabcorp Holdings reported a net profit of $122.4 million in the first half of the 2015 financial year.
