It's been discussed by Suncorp and other's that reinsurance will pick up a lot of the cost and this limits suncorp's exposure, however the long term implications that are the reinsurance companies will have to take the hit and will increase their forward premium's to cover this type of event and RI in the future. This having negative implications to Suncorp's future earnings....
