We ar working with our partners to determine an early approach to the power station project."

I dont think the issue was the number of waggons. I get the impression that Tanesco were given money to improve a road from Iecs mine to the storage centre near the highway.I don't think it was spent on the road. Didn't you see the article about lots of waggons carrying coal from the pit getting stuck all the time. And i dont think that whoever sent you that email is aware of the situation with Dangote
