    I'd like to think that the government can't just walk in and say "Hmmm you can start mining in that corner of IEC's tenement Mr Dangote." Is that the sort of stuff you think could happen?

    I have little confidence in Tanzanian government. It's becoming a concern to me.


    I base that concern on the last licence pulled for no reason.
