hi guys, not one post on this one.
Thinking of buying some stockland as the yield at around 7% looks pretty good, off its $3.50 highs, anyone buying these, or selling these?
would love to hear peoples honest opinion about this one,
and if anyone reads this can u please check out IOF (investa office trust formally ING office) no one has posted anything about that one except me, anyone wanna talk about IOF in that forum, would love to hear peoples views on it as well.
Property ISNT that boring is it people? i like it especially when it brings in good divies and has growth prospects as well :)
