i think in all share price movements, a good accounting of how we got here, and where we are going is essential for transparency, and a decent footing to build on.
in summary, the acquisition took longer, and the sp suffered. But, its like buying a new car from the dealer, but it takes 6 months to arrive. So a cheaper entry and a reversal in the making.
