Khan, through Bentley Capital, made a takeover for Strike back in 2015 at 5.5c per share. Bentley ended up with 36%, plus I think there are cross shareholders with Orion Equities and others. Khan is in the business of making money. He is set at 5.5c for the majority of his stake. I am happy to have paid a similar price.

Khan (through Bentley) did the same in Marothon resources years ago. Made a cash takeover for Marathon at 2.5c. Bentley already had a sizeable holding and didn't get a lot more in the takeover, but ended with a little over 20%. A year later they bought in the Leigh Creek project in South Australia - Marathon now LCK. . Stock raced to over 30c, and even today is 19c and capped at $95m. I was out of that one way to early.
