really? between sophisticated investors, friends, family, neighbouring properties, mining crews and admin staff there is definitely an information deficite between them and the retail buyer. lets not even get into the multitude of malware and sniffers sitting on asx systems. if you genuinely think that penny stocks are not leaky ships full of insider trading you need to head back to blue chips. they are just as bad but hide it better.
