SkyFii Limited (ASX: SKF) has been granted an ASX trading halt in relation to a material transaction.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trade on Monday, 2 March 2015.
SkyFii builds, manages and monetises free public Wi-Fi by creating a content channel for advertisers and by analysing customer data to assist retailers to make smarter business decisions.
In February, it received a contract to provide its wireless network services to the MLC Centre in Sydney’s CBD and a Master Services Agreement (MSA) for the provision of its data analytics and guest Wi-Fi services to New Zealand Retail Property Group.
It also entered into a Supply Agreement with Optus Business for the provision of data analytics services.
