- Federal court approves scheme of arrangement
- If scheme will become legally effective, skyland's shares will be suspended
from trading on asx at close of trading on August 8
- Court approved scheme of arrangement under which Skyland Petroleum Ltd will
become head parent entity of Skyland Group
- Expects to lodge a copy of the court orders with the Australian securities
and investments commission
