Its because of the Causely Acquisition. From 30th July to 29th of August if the 30-day VWAP is below $0.14 Causely gets issued more shares for the transaction. Thus, with little float its easy to manipulate this stock down.
Good time to buy IMO between now and end of August. Once that period ends this stock is going to sore back to $0.20 or so.
I'm sitting tight.
