    That underlying PBT is a segment profit - you need to look at the segment section of the annual report (Pg 44), as that is not indicative of SIV's overall performance. There is an unallocated loss of 27.5m that you need to subtract to get an underlying -10.5m PBT, assuming you exclude GG. (yes - that is a negative UPBT number). So that $17m does NOT include overheads.
