Is it not possible that we're talking exclusively about a particular category or two here among an entire supply chain. At this stage, given the conduct of both parties and the way the announcement has been worded, I'm not sure you can rule out the prospect that the overall deal is still the best for CW, but there might be a particular category/segment (or a few) where they can land the products notably cheaper.
