It is signed in the supply contract, that CW "cannot buy products from other suppliers if Sigma can provide it", then Sigma will hold the legal merit in the action...if it is written in inks.
a 31% drop of SP seems something far bigger than this, the revenue and profit impact is merely 5-10% even CW leave Sigma from Jun 2019.
