I know but say you were in business and had a bad debt from a customer. What do you do? He just won't cough up what is owed, or he's going outside clearly agreed boundaries. Gentle negotiations would be the first option. Then if they don't play ball, what do you do? Do you roll over or stand up for your business interests?
