Interesting thought. CW buys SIG shares over the next couple of days at mid 80's and then in 6 months CW/SIG that they have negotiated and resolved their issues and then CW sells SIG shares after the announcement above $1+.
Pretty sure it wouldn't be the situation here and I'm not sure of the legality of it, but I'm sure something similar has been done before.
