SIG negotiated a new agreement effective 1 Jan 2016 for 3 years , and providing an option to exclusively negotiate an additional 3 year extension. This agreement delivered further reduction in payment terms to align the agreement between SIG and CW with other SIG customers. Obviously the agreement is nearly half way through the original 3 year deal. Why CW would now go outside this agreement is open to conjecture , but they did knowing full well that SIG would have to respond. Watch this space , I guess.
