Very difficult to start your own supply change . There are many individual manufactures , albeit less each year and to correlate the supply to each pharmacy around Australia within 24 hours is a logistic nightmare. This difficulty is one of the main reasons that pharmacy wholesalers have such a low EBIT and have to rely on large turnover to retain profit margins. That is why SIG are so worried about CW purchasing outside their agreement.
