At the moment their are 5 major CSO wholesalers , Sigma , API , Symbion , Clifford Hallam Healthcare on a national level and Friendly societies on a state level. These are full line wholesalers and therefore get Government funding to provide full access to ALL medication within 24 hour delivery window.There are some smaller wholesalers , and some direct distribution manufacturers. According to the announcement , CW is attempting to purchase stock from another CSO wholesaler , so obviously CW is in discussions with that wholesaler on some level. IMO the only reason that CW would attempt to purchase from another wholesaler is price, Very very concerning.
