"What is the intrinsic value of SIG if CW is no longer a customer?"
no much impact, Sigma has historically been too easy-going with CW (they created a monster that bite themselves now), that is: margin is extremely thin (next to none) but large amount to fund has been tied on it.
I think it will be happy to let CW go (after punishing CW in the court) and re-deploy the fund to good use.
Having said that, the better solution for both side is to settle, and negotiate a new, long term deal.
